This page is for any individual looking for direct 1:1 coaching support, whether you drive professionally or not. It is for support for any kind of stress or burnout or difficulty life has served you up and you just need someone to guide you and offer assistance.


While the main focus of my work is helping trucking companies retain good drivers and protect revenue, I also offer limited 1:1 support for people who need practical help navigating stress, pressure, and life challenges. In some cases, this support can also be part of a longer‑term company relationship.

Energy Healing:​

Address energetic imbalances and promote healing on a subtle level. Helping to clear blockages, release stagnant energy, and restore balance to the body's energy centers (chakras). It can help individuals release emotional trauma, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being, fostering a sense of relaxation, clarity, and vitality.

Meditation:

 

Cultivate mindfulness, self-awareness and inner peace. Mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, or visualization exercises help individuals quiet the mind, observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and the present moment.

Breathwork:

Techniques like conscious breathing exercises and pranayama regulate breath, boost oxygen flow, and induce relaxation. Rhythmic and deep breathing patterns release tension, enhance relaxation, and activate the body's healing potential. Breathwork releases emotional blockages, reduces anxiety, and fosters calm and balance in mind and body.

🌿 Pause & Presence: A Guided Breathing Exercise

Take a moment to get comfortable.
You can sit or stand — whatever feels right for you
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your jaw release
Let yourself simply arrive

Now, close your eyes or soften your gaze.
We'll begin with a slow, deep breath in through your nose, counting to four…
1… 2… 3… 4…
Hold it gently gently.
And exhale through your mouth,
4… 3… 2… 1…

Again, breath in --
feeling your chest expand —
Pause.
And exhale, letting go of anything you've been holding.
Notice the rhythm of your breath--

Steady, quiet, alive.

It's always here to bring you back.

whenever the world feels loud.

Now, take another slow breath.

Inhale clarity.
Hold presence.
Exhale release.

Let your breath settle into its natural pace.
You don't have to control it.

Just notice it moving--

a reminder that you're safe to be still.

Take a moment to ask yourself softly:

“What season am I in right now?”

There’s no right answer.

Just awareness.

Whatever it is--it's enough.

When you’re ready, open your eyes.
Carry this steadiness into the rest of your day.

You can always return to your breath...

and begin again.
