Embrace change as a pathway for growth…

🌿 About Me
I’m David Reichard — a deep-thinking, intuitive, compassionate life coach who guides people through the most pivotal seasons of their lives. I work with those who find themselves in transition — the in-between space where the life you’ve been living no longer fits, and the new one hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

Some transitions you choose. Others arrive uninvited. A breakup, a divorce, job loss, burnout, a health scare, the end of a chapter you weren’t ready to close. Or the quieter shifts — the inner knowing that something in you is changing, even if you can’t yet name how. No matter how your transition began, you deserve a steady guide and a safe place to land.

I founded Seasons of Life Coaching because I believe we all move through natural rhythms, and life feels more honest, grounded, and aligned when we learn to honor them.

My own transition into alignment didn’t happen quickly. I spent years performing — saying yes when my heart said no, meeting expectations that weren’t my own, and drifting further from who I was meant to be. I didn’t have a coach to guide me through that unraveling, so I became my own. For more than thirty years, I’ve immersed myself in inner work — studying, practicing, and integrating the tools that helped me shift my habits, challenge my thinking, and finally come home to myself.

Along the way, people naturally began seeking me out for support. For more than twenty years, I’ve been coaching others — long before I ever used the word “coach.” Their trust in me ultimately inspired me to pursue formal training, and over the years I’ve earned multiple coaching certifications that deepen and refine the work I do today.

Because I walked this path the long way — often in the dark, often alone — I now help my clients move through their transitions with clarity and steadiness far sooner than they could on their own. Growth doesn’t have to take decades. You don’t have to navigate your transition the slow, confusing way I once did.

My turning point came when I realized that “fine” is not fulfillment. That moment cracked something open in me and became my mission: to help others move through their transitions with clarity, courage, and a renewed sense of belonging to themselves.

My coaching blends mindful reflection, breathwork, visualization, and grounding practices shaped by the natural world. Seasons, lunar cycles, tides, migrations — all of them mirror the inner and outer transitions we’re constantly moving through.

At any moment, you may be shifting, shedding, healing, rebuilding, or resting. I help you honor the season your life is asking for now — not the one you think you’re supposed to be in.

After every session, my intention is simple: I want you to feel seen, heard, understood, and supported. I want you to walk away with clarity about what’s changing within you and the confidence that you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m especially called to work with people who’ve spent their lives chasing “success” according to someone else’s script — high-functioning, heart-centered humans who’ve checked all the boxes yet feel quietly disconnected from their true selves. But I also walk alongside those whose lives have shifted beneath their feet — people navigating loss, endings, upheaval, or unexpected change. Together, we quiet the noise, turn inward, and reconnect you with the life you were designed to live.

What matters most to me is guiding people into a life that feels deeply their own. A life where happiness isn’t performed but embodied. A life that grows from honoring the whole self — body, mind, soul, and spirit — and living in rhythm with your internal seasons.

What season of transition are you in right now?

You don’t have to spend years trying to figure it out alone. I’m here to help you move through this season with clarity, compassion, and courage — and to help you find your way forward far sooner than you think.
